This role plays a critical part in delivering safe, high-quality meals to patients, medical staff, and visitors in a fast-paced hospital dining environment.

  • Team-oriented operations with rotating shifts

Consistent Scheduling

  • Weekly rotating shifts:

    • 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

    • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    • 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 30-minute unpaid meal break

  • Weekend and holiday availability required

What The Job Consist Of

RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, portion, plate, and serve food according to hospital standards

  • Set up and break down serving lines and dining areas

  • Maintain cleanliness in food prep, service, and dishwashing areas

  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment

  • Stock food, supplies, and utensils

  • Assist with inventory and supply organization

  • Support special, therapeutic, and restricted diets

  • Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of food service experience (restaurant, cafeteria, catering, banquet, or similar)

  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to pass local and federal background checks.
