What The Job Consist Of
RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, portion, plate, and serve food according to hospital standards

Set up and break down serving lines and dining areas
-
Maintain cleanliness in food prep, service, and dishwashing areas

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
-
Stock food, supplies, and utensils
-
Assist with inventory and supply organization
-
Support special, therapeutic, and restricted diets
-
Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of food service experience (restaurant, cafeteria, catering, banquet, or similar)

Strong customer service and teamwork skills
-
Ability to communicate effectively in English

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs
-
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
-
Ability to pass local and federal background checks.
